The Neat Feat Heel Scraper has two sides - a coarse and a finer side. The dead skin should be filed down with the coarse side first and then the finer side is used for a smooth refined finish. For best results apply the Neat Feat heel balm, or Foot and Leg Moisturiser after using the heel scraper.
