Claw Toes
There are two types — flexible and rigid. Flexible can move manually whereas rigid is highly immobile. The tightening of the ligaments on the underside of the toes due to muscle imbalance may cause this problem, and this is sometimes associated with arthritis. The signs of claw toe are the pronounced downward bending of the toe, pressure, pain and rubbing against footwear on the top and end of the curled toe.
