It is Neat Feat Products’ intention to satisfy each customer with high quality products and the highest standard of customer service.
For this reason, in the rare instance that you receive defective or mis-shipped product, you can return the item to us.
NOTE: Neat Feat does not pay for return postage from the customer.
Please follow and read the procedures below:
Contact Us or call +64 9 444 9966 and tell us about the problem, whether product was mis-shipped or defective WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS for replacement or refund. (Please DO NOT send product without notifying us first)
We will reply with instructions with how you can ship back the wrong or defective product back to us.

We can only issue a replacement or refund after we receive the returned merchandise. (Credits will be in the same form as payment received).
We can only offer replacement or refund for mis-shipped or defective product and not for any other reason.

If you wish to return or exchange your Zori, please ensure that you also return the free Foot Care Kit. Failure to return the free Foot Care Kit may result in your disqualification for any further free gift promotions, even if it appears on your order receipt.
